US Military Textile Supplier Appoints New Management Team. Brand & Oppenheimer Co., Inc., a US textile converter and supplier to the US military, has been given a new management team by controlling shareholder Praesidian Capital. Edward Ricci has been appointed CEO. Ben Galpen and Bryan Boulis, have also been appointed to the Office of the CEO, although their positions within Brand & Oppenheimer are not noted in the company press release. Mr. Ricci and Mr. Galpen were founders of 1947 LLC, a company which owns the exclusive international distributor rights to MultiCam, a licensed camouflage pattern used by the US Army. In 2014 Brand & Oppenheimer acquired Performance Textiles a US textiles supplier, so this appears to be a good fit for all parties involved.
