Brand & Oppenheimer Company., Inc. as known within the textile industry as "B&O" was founded in 1913, as a supplier of garment linings. In October 2011, Praesidian Capital and StoneCreek Capital, LLC became investors and, along with management, have the controlling interest in the company. In the past 15 years B&O has distinguished itself as a leader in textile conversion for the U.S. Military and is now bringing that same textile expertise to many commercial market segments such as medical, industrial, automotive and traditional apparel.
